Our coverage starts at our Tacoma, WA shop and extends 50 miles beyond it. Depending on the circumstance, we can conduct repairs beyond a 50-mile radius.
We can either have an account, a customer COD, which needs to be paid by credit card, or we accept third-party providers such as Holman, ARI, and other vendors. We also accept cash.
We have an Easy Advantage program, which comes with a regular monthly payment, discounts, and priority service.
Yes, we provide complete forklift repairs.
Yes, we offer mobile, on-site repairs. If you communicate the urgency of your breakdown, we can generally do same-day or early-next-day service. Generally, it’s 1-3 days out for regular maintenance and repairs on forklifts.
